Feeling much better today!
Well, it looks like my cold is finally going away! Hooray! I went to the gym this morning and power walked on the treadmill. I wanted to start week 2 of C25K but my body wasn’t having that. Maybe tomorrow? Who knows.
Also, I won’t be doing the whole gym early bird thing anymore. I’m just too tired for it. I’m much better at breaking a sweat later in the day anyway. It’s funny, I thought I would have lost more weight hitting the gym first thing because I thought I would be kick-starting my metabolism. Turns out I haven’t been losing much not working out later in the day. So I’m going back to the good old days where I would sweat like crazy watching Access Hollywood, Jeopardy, and Cash Cab. I’m so ready for that again!
