An update of my life.
Seriously, I feel like I’m losing it Tumblr! I tried to step away from tumblr a bit because I was too obsessed with it but now I feel like I’m not dedicated enough! *sigh* I have still been trying to eat right and workout these days so it’s not like I’ve been sitting around stuffing my face.
I’m going to make more of an effort to post here and at the same time, keep the obsession at bay. I want to share my life, health, and weight loss journey but sometimes I’m so intimidated about sharing things about myself online. Then, sometimes I’m not. I go through those phases I guess.
Anyways, I’m planning on getting to the gym later on today and start week 2 of C25K. Yesterday morning I redid week 1, day 3 with no problems surprisingly! I’m really getting into running, I like it a lot. I wish I had the guts to run around outside though. I just feel so self conscious when I run outside and running on the treadmill feels unnatural at times.
And on an academic note: Today was my first day of new classes: Environmental Conservation and Public Speaking. Turns out they weren’t as bad as I thought. I just get so nervous whenever I’m starting something new!
