Currently making my food shopping list. Any suggestions?
I’ve really screwed up this week food wise so I’m going to make a much better effort to eat healthier next week! I also have to get back to eating every 3-4 hours, especially on the days I have school, so I don’t come home and devour everything in the kitchen.
I’m going to plan my meals and snacks for each day and try my best not to stray from it! I also want to try some new foods to mix things up a bit. Any suggestions?
