Today started out great…
I woke up super early this morning to workout:
- 35 minutes on the elliptical
- 10 minutes on treadmill
- Leg weight machines (not sure what they’re called)
I ate really healthy today until I started to stress out about school work. That’s when it all went downhill. I didn’t do that bad, I’m just so disappointed that I allowed myself to mess up all the hard work that I had done earlier. I’m sure I didn’t totally mess it up, I was under my calorie limit for today anyway, but still. I hate ending days on a sad note.
I just have to do better tomorrow. I will do better tomorrow.
