And over the weekend…
I bought this awesome notepad (It’s actually a mousepad, but whatever)! I plan on using it to record my eating and workouts. I love how it’s for 5 days a week since I mainly screw up on the weekends but hey, 5 days of healthy eating and exercise is better than nothing right? And of course I will still work out on the weekends as well. Eventually, I’ll get to a point in time where I can eat better on the weekends, probably when I move out of the house…ideally.

Also, I found out that my Wii console still lives! I guess that means I’ll be back to my daily Wii Fit morning ritual. I actually missed it.
I started this weight loss/health journey around March and it was amazing to be able to look back at my progress so far on Wii Fit. It’s amazing how far I’ve come. Just a few months ago I was obese and now I’m only 10 pounds away from a normal, healthy weight! I’m really excited because it sort of gave me a new outlook on this journey. I want to be at a healthy weight and it isn’t that far away! I don’t think I’ve ever been in the normal weight range before, so it’s kind of scary, more like an adventure into the unknown. I know I can do it!
