I know it’s been over a week since I posted anything and I’m sorry! I have been sick and in pain from a toothache for over a week. I have been working out when I felt okay, sometimes I was just too weak. On monday I had a root canal (ouch!), and I’ll have to go back two more times to complete it! NOT looking forward to that…
Anyways, the main reason behind my miraculous loss has to be because of my toothache. It was such a pain to eat and it kind of still is, so I haven’t been eating a lot. I try to stick to soft foods and I even have been drinking protein shakes for some meals. This may go on for a while because I’ll have to keep going back to the dentist.
Well, I’d like to look on the bright side of this situation and say that I’m really happy to be out of the 160’s finally! Once things go back to normal and I can eat regular again, I’m going to try my best not to gain the weight back!

I know i haven’t done WIW in a while but basically I have been around the 165-166 range these past few weeks. But hey! I’m back at 163!
Hopefully, if i keep up the good work I could lose these three pounds and meet my goal!

I’m not really surprised. I haven’t been drinking my goal of 2 liters of water a day lately. It’s amazing how not getting enough water can take a toll on your body. (for one, my skin looks a mess). My food choices haven’t been ideal either but I know I haven’t been eating enough to gain. I just have to go into my kitchen, get some water, and start chugging!

I’m not too worried because I’m still recovering from the water weight I gained thanks to a certain monthly friend. Just yesterday the scale was reading 3-4lbs heavier and the day before that 6-7lbs, so hopefully when I weigh in on friday I’ll see an even lower number? Maybe?

I finally made it to my first goal weight! It’s official!

I pretty sure this number is legit. I stepped on the scale before I went to the gym, after, and just now and it’s been the same! Sometimes my scale will read funny when I first step on it and say some ridiculously low number then read a more realistic number, but I think this is the real deal.

Can this really be happening? Is my plateau finally over? Please Please Please let this be legit! This will be hard, but I’m going to refrain from weighing myself until Friday so I won’t discourage myself. Heck, I should stop weighing myself everyday in general. It’s doing more harm to me than good. I guess I’m a scale junkie -_-

Yup. I’m still here. I’m not too upset though. I could be gaining weight, which is obviously not happening. I haven’t gotten past 170 for over a month! Hooray!
But somewhere in the back of my mind I’m a little disappointed because I could at least be at 165, my first weight goal. I just want to get there and the anticipation is sometimes unbearable. I’m only 3 pounds away!
Hopefully this plateau will be over soon. I’ve upped my calories and switched up workouts and/or intensity. I the only things I can think of are my lack of water consumption and my sleep habits…
So, I’m drinking water as I type and skipping the afternoon nap to go to bed earlier.

Woot Woot!
Just got back from a 40min workout at the gym. Burned about 550 calories! Then I come home and see this on the scale! I’m excited!
I hope everyone else is happy with their WIW as well! Happy weighing! =]

This morning the scale read 176.2. I’m not sad about it though, cause that means at the end of the week I’ll see a much happier number =]
heheh, kind of failed again at the waking up early part. No worries, I’ll go workout now.
